We deliver most items within 3-5 working days.
Standard delivery (3-5 Days) is FREE on all orders to UK Mainland, Northern Irland and Eire, or on any order when you opt to Click & collect from our premises - see above.
- We deliver paintings Monday to Friday, 7.30am-6pm, although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.
- We may send paintings out from multiple locations so they may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result
- If you order multiple items, we may consolidate your order may be so those paintings will arrive together, usually within 7 working days

We offer delivery of paintings from our website to international destinations. The countries currently served are in the list below. This is a charagable service and carried out by Internationally recognised Couriers, the price for your delivery will be worked out for your convenience at checkout.
Our service team can answer questions about the website, your orders and our delivery services. Please note though, that the team is English-speaking and can currently only respond to calls in English.

A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These may vary according to country.
If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.
The recipient will need to sign for an international delivery. We advise you, that someone needs to be in to receive the parcel.
Please note that the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland count as UK, not International delivery.
Sorry - we can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO addresses.
Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges and the courier will collect these on delivery.
If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they'll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
Payment for products and delivery services is to be made in pounds Sterling. All prices shown on the website for both products and delivery services are inclusive of any UK VAT if applicable. This means that the total price you pay us for products, or for the delivery, is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on the sale.
Where you've requested delivery to a EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will usually include UK VAT.
Where you're not a UK resident and you've ordered products for delivery to a non-EU address, both the products and the delivery service will normally be zero-rated, with no UK VAT chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the website.
We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice on +44 (0) 2890 992646 5 days a week, 9am - 6pm (UK time), or email us email@example.com. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
If your order has already left our premises for delivery to you, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
To return items, please package them securely and send the parcel back fully insured to the address shown on your delivery note using the sticky label provided. If the item is simply unwanted, you will need to pay for return postage. N.B. Please also note on EU and International deliveries we will alos deduct from your refund the cost of us sending you the goods in the first instance.
If we have sent you the wrong items, or your order is faulty, damaged, please contact us. We will refund any freight charges you incur to return such items. Please note that this refund will be in sterling, and may therefore not equate exactly to the amount paid, owing to fluctuating exchange rates.
Please make sure that whatever your reason for returning goods, you obtain proof of Dispatch from your courier and insure the consignment for the full value you paid for it, and we will credit your account within 14 working days.
Please note that personalised or made to measure products cannot be returned unless damaged.
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland, but geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. Find out more here.
What you need to know, just in case
All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays.
On rare occasions, we may need to delivery items outside the published timed windows. We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas; see the section on Restricted delivery & postcode exceptions for more details.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example we dont deliver to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
